I could not be more pleased with the level of service I have received from this company. I purchased a treadmill in December and paid for delivery and assembly. Due to the lockdown this was not possible until yesterday. Holly who looks after the delivery aspect kept in close contact with me the entire time. They were also able to accommodate my delivery to my schedule as well as the removal of my existing treadmill. Jacob and Rob that were the gentleman that came for the installation were absolutely wonderful. Very respectful of my home, explained the basics and were very polite and friendly. All we have to say is Wow wow wow as we had the two nicest guys come to put up our gazebo and it took from start emptying boxes to completely finish in 2 hrs 10 mins. They were friendly and very professional and believe me I would bring them back to build anything we buy. They were excellent at booking and very good about what time was good for us. I had my gazebo assembled and placed in my back yard this afternoon by Lime Tree Assembly.What a great team. They worked together through the entire process and enjoyed each other. Everyone was pleasant and answered questions I had. I would like to thank you for your amazing service. I called to book an appointment to move my treadmill from one floor to another. This would require disassembly, carrying it upstairs and reassembly. Holly assured me that it would be no problem. On the day of my appointment a team of three people arrived on time and immediately set to work. Based on their expertise with the task, they were very knowledgable. Once the task was completed they agreed to also apply the silicone that is used for maintenance as a favour to me. Overall, a completely wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
