This is one of Vancouver's best kept secrets. Dan shows up, I hand him all of my knives (even the serrated ones) and a few minutes later he returns them beautifully sharp. A dull knife is a dangerous knife!

Brought him a pocket knife to sharpen and it came back with a completely different edge profile. Not much attention to detail and not a fine edge put on. The knife was crazy sharp with a toothy" edge which i would have liked to be more polished. If you value your pocket knife
