I went all over Guelph to find a local jeweller that would best be suited in customizing an engagement ring for my wife. Of all the jewelers i met, Zak seemed to be the most knowledgeable and resourceful in helping me make a decision with all of the options and ideas he provided me with, of course. We were so happy with the way the engagement ring turned out, that we even ended up getting our wedding bands with him. Overall, the experience with Zak was nothing short of great! Thank you, Zak!

Zak is knowledgeable, prompt, and reasonably priced. Our local jeweller told me my Swiss Military watch couldn't be repaired. Zak got it working again very affordably. I will be bringing my future needs to Zak!

I’d just like to start out again with saying a huge thank you to Zak! The service, knowledge and expertise I experienced with him was just amazing. My husband and I decided to upgrade my engagement ring. After doing a lot of searching and research I just couldn’t find what I was looking for. After one conversation with Zak I knew he understood my vision. My expectations of my new ring were completely exceed. I can’t stress enough that if you are in the market for jewelry to go and meet Zak. I feel like a princess with my new ring on. Going forward Zak is the only jeweller I will be using. My fiance and I have gone to Zak's numerous times and designed various pieces of jewelry with him (we bought my engagement ring, our wedding bands & various other jewelry from him).Zak is extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the entire jewelry making process to make sure we were comfortable with every aspect of our designs - he really went above and beyond. He has a strong sense of craftsmanship and wants you to leave happy with whatever you get from him.I would highly recommend him to anyone who has any jewelry needs - I know we plan on using him again in the future.

Zak was super helpful removing my wedding rings when I left them too long during my pregnancy when my fingers swelled too much. He was very thoughtful and gave me great advice.When it came time to have them repaired back together he did a great job, you can’t even tell they were cut. They were ready sooner then promised and cleaner than ever!

Words can't quite express how much I enjoyed the experience working with Zak's Jewlers to design and make my fiancés dream ring! His quality is amazing and I couldn't believe how well it turned out! Zak is amazing! Spent the time to listen to us, capture our vision (as we are not jewelry designers), recognized our budget and kept us in the know at each step of the design / build process. His attention to detail and consultation was above and beyond. The storefront is conveniently located with plenty of parking, and he was accommodating to our schedule to meet slightly after hours. We will definitely visit Zak again for our jewelry needs without hesitation. His enthusiasm, passion and understanding made the experience a fantastic one! Thank you Zak!!
