Pretty fast and extremely nice staff. Very helpful. There is a photo booth, printer/copier and computers in case you need anything for your application. Let them know if you are getting your passport returned by mail BEFORE starting the application process or it will cause a delay.

Absolutely much better service than Toronto location !!! at least the staff pick up the phone call to answer the questions !! Toronto location never pick up the phone!!!! if you don’t have an emergency things deal with China then please avoid this country!! never ever go to China such a terrible painful country!!!

irresponsible , never answer phone , this office is very less busy than Toronto, but still no one answers the phone. Don’t like to see this visa places anymore.
