Grafted Kitchens and Millwork

I would never recommend this company. My partner performed work for them during the summer of 2022 and still has not been paid for his work despite multiple multiple follow up. Do not use this company. The only reason why I’m giving them one star is because I cannot post without rating them.

We had Grafted Kitchens install our new kitchen and arrange for the counter tops and are extremely pleased with the result! The whole team is very professional, very knowledgeable and are a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely use them again and will recommend Grafted Kitchens to all of our friends and family!

Jordan and the Gang just did my kitchen ..... Love the kitchen .... The guys were polite and easy to work with .... Couple of issues which were cleared up as soon as I mentioned them ... Thanks For my kitchen

This company does not deserve any stars. Please do not use this company for any project. They will promise the best and not deliver. We had a kitchen demoed and some cabinets dropped in our garage. We waited 4 months only for them to say they don't have the funds to finish our project. This was after we had paid 90%. We are now out thousands of dollars.

Sporadic work, not on time, half would get done here and there, poorly installed and had to come back many times to fix. Unresponsive. Took a year to complete what should have taken a week. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN!After having cabinets and other projects built by several different business throughout the years, Grafted Kitchen is by far the best experience I’ve had.After meeting and talking with Jordan , I was right away impressed with his enthusiasm and vision for my basement project. I wanted to have them build a large custom tv cabinet, snack bar, sit down bar and custom coffee table to transform our basement open space into an elegant TV/Theatre style room.The outcome was better than I ever expected! Seriously Great work! What made Grafted Kitchen stand out from other business was not just the great workman ship , problem solving skills and great attention to detail, it’s was also the fact that Jordan had excellent communication, the most positive attitude, the willingness to help you out even if it was outside the scope of his work!Jordan always offered his honest opinions, ideas and experiences when asked and that was very helpful. He went out of his way to help us choose the right granite top for our coffee table and counter tops. Can’t THANK YOU enough for that!!I changed my mind and second guessed myself (like I always do) so many times throughout this project and he never got upset with me, instead he helped me make all the right choices! Thanks for that too!Overall, I was very pleased with the cabinets, bars and coffee table they built. The whole team was great to work with.Grafted Kitchen is a business with INTEGRITY!We will definitely call on them again!
