The Ironstone Building Company

Bought a new home from Ironstone in 2020. Overall, the home built by Ironstone is of good value. They are responsive. Recently, my kitchen sink collapsed, I contacted their customer service and they offered to fix it out of courtesy, which was a kind gesture and I appreciate it.

Working with Stav Alexiou and Joe Couto has been a fantastic and enjoyable experience. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and well-organized, and they conduct business with the utmost integrity. They always went above and beyond to solve/fix our most recent emergencies. Their promptness and workmanship on everything was exceptional, and we could not be more pleased with the results. I wholeheartedly endorse them. Stav and Joe, your company is extremely fortunate to have you! Thank you incredibly much!

Ironstone work is professional and their team is strong enough to deal with customers and i bought townhouse from Ironstone.I think i find it quite good place to live for single family.Thanks ironstone.

Awful company, poor craftsmanship, a lot of corners cut and trying to get any work completed is like pulling teeth. Had to argue with them re: a baseboard behind a toilet bubbling to get fixed, they told me it was because I spilled water on it and I had to threaten to bring it to my new build insurance before they would bring a plumber to look at it (where it was deemed there was a leak). That’s just the tip of the iceberg and many of my neighbours have had similar stories. I wish I bought with another company, really disappointed with their service. I would give them zero stars if it was possible.

I'm extremely grateful for all your kindness in how you have been so prompt and professional in your help with me during my situation during the past week. I purchased a bungalow from Ironstone Built Company and am more than pleased with my condo, many upgrades in flooring and so much storage space in the kitchen. The cabinets are so nicely made. I love the design and how much space I have, especially the ensuite with a large walk in shower. During the past week I needed help with a situation and the employees, Stav, Joe and Emily went out of their way to assist me, they are all very efficient and pleasant to deal with. I was very pleased to see that Ironstone Built, was a runner up in the new home construction. I can see why they were chosen.

Please do not waste your money on getting a home from this builder. Poor quality in building homes and compromised their so called various features throughout the construction. These home are not energy efficient and seems like they have compromised the basic standards in home building. Truly shame for the premier builder in London. I would not trust this builder.

Ironstone builders were very helpful throughout my home buying experience. Any time I had any questions regarding my new home, they would clear up all queries in a positive and friendly manner. The PDI agent was highly knowledgeable and explained everything regarding my home with detail to ensure I was fully aware of the entire process.
