Alex and the girls are the nicest people I've ever met. They made the experience super fun and easy for me, made me feel at ease and found the bras that fit me. Would recommend to everyone, great service, great girls, great collections.

Terrible customer service. When I arrived at the store 2 of the staff were standing behind the cash register with their heads down. I had to yell out loud hello to get their attention because I had lingerie on hold until the end of the day. The lingerie I had on hold was not the correct one I asked for. She had me wait while her coworker just stood there waiting for her direction.The wait for the dressing room was long.The wait at the cash register was even longer because there was only 1 staff working while 3 staff were standing at the dressing room. The line was all the way to the dressing room. Not one staff smiled or was pleasant. Horrible experience.

Customer service was fantastic, but I found that there wasn't enough sizes I'm a 32E and they don't carry that size so needed up in a 34DD. They have so much product but the store feels crammed. Hopefully in the future they will have more sizes and a bigger store, as I do love the product, including their pajamas. Also hope that as the mall no longer has maternity clothing that in the future nursing bras may be available

Very bad customer service ! The cashier bagging up my wife’s purchases was in a bad mood and decided to throw all her purchases in the bag rolled up instead of putting effort to fold them nicely. They were all wrinkled and her face was very dry. Very bad service

The workers were so kind and helpful, made us feel comfortable and it was a great experience overall! Recommend to those that are shopping alone and struggling with knowing your size.

I have always bought the high-waisted briefs (or some name similar to that) and loved them. The last time I bought them on sale and was so happy to get them home because they are so comfy. However, every single paid ripped or fell apart within a month or so of buying them. I also ordered some pairs online and a pair came in ripped as well. I don't want to slam the company or anything, but it seems like the quality isn't there anymore.On the positive, the customer service was fantastic. I'm mostly a lone shopper and don't like to be bothered unless I have a question, and nobody hounded me to buy something or was constantly following me waiting to ask if I needed help or anything. The cashier was kind and we had a nice rapport. I did not catch her name unfortunately or else I'd give her a shoutout.

Sarah at the store helped us. She has excellent customer service. Me and my mom enjoyed our time in the store. We ended up spending around $300 in the store. This is one of my favorite stores, always good service, good quality products. Thank you Sarah for helping us.

Usually awesome but I nearly threw up when I moved a pair of pajama pants to see the size and saw this.

Not impressed with the store. There are no chairs or stools in the dressing rooms, how do they expect people to be comfortable trying on their clothes. Just think of all the people leaning on the walls to change, disgusting. What ever happen to caring about the customer!

What an awful store with rude, lazy staff. I wish I could give this store a negative 5 star review. I went in to make an exchange because the item I purchased was defective. It was missing a button hole. I went in the store on December 28th. The store was empty but the clerk advised that they were not doing any exchanges or returns until the 30th. Really. No one in the store but she couldn't make a straight exchange. I guess the cash register was set to screw the customer mode". This is why I shop STATESIDE! This type of thing would NEVER happen in Kohl's or J.C. Penney."
