Optometrist was professional, polite, and thorough. Extremely unhappy following my appointment when I requested that the optical centre employee measure my pupillary distance (PD), as the optometrist advised me to do after I requested the same from her. The employee flat out declined my request, and when I questioned why, he responded with you should not buy online." PD is required when shopping online for glasses... In an effort to deter customers from taking their business online

Very bad staff, not nice to customers.

Worst staff though doctor is really good. One employee told me their visa/master card machine is not working BUT do not worry, we will FIGURE this out despite customer said I don't want pay by debit or cash and they did booked the apointment.Next day customer went to clinic and manager says only one way to FIGURE this out is by paying debit or cash. Doctor is really good but vision center manager really don't how to behave with customer without wasting customer's time. Lost 2 customers and visited Hakim optical and such a nice service and manager knows the importance of customer.

Good prices and staff was very helpful.
