Excellent work, unbeatable price, great dude.Shane did an in-home call for me this weekend. He was extremely helpful, getting my machine not only running better than ever before, but helpfully explaining tips and tricks to my friend and I about repair. Toronto Pinball Repair
I emailed Toronto pinball repair and they responded immediately. That alone was so appreciated. Within a week, today Shane and Doug came to my home and repaired my Flash pinball machine and my Skee ball machine. They are both working perfectly. Shane and Doug are kind and considerate and so good at what they do!! They will do house calls or you can take your games direct to their facility for repair. Thanks so much Shane and Doug!!

I actually have not interacted with this company directly, but have admired their work from afar. And in reading every review, all I see are stories of dedicated individuals doing exemplary work. Except for the 1 star review, unwarranted and clearly not by a customer. To taint the unblemished record of these entrepreneurs with something haphazard and irrelevant can be jeopardizing and frustrating. So here's my 5 stars to hopefully offset that. Hoping to visit your location soon, it looks incredible!

The greatest repair experience of my life.Shane came over to my house, took one look at both my machines and fixed them up to a playable level in under an hour. Super impressive considering my machines are 1 analog and 1 digital and that they've been sitting without maintenance for about 20 years. He even offered to take the play and headboards back to his workshop to really fix them.After fixing them this guy even shows me a new Pinball trick I had never seen I think he called it jumping the valley? Passing the ball from one flipper to the other. Mental. Still can't do it myself.If you're looking for a pinball wizard, you found him.

Shane and his associate Doug were over today to address problems with my XENON pinball machine. Both were superlative - Very knowledgeable to diagnose issues, remedied shortfalls quickly & their work was meticulous. They provide real value as they also pointed out areas that required attention in order to increase performance longevity. I was a senior executive in several multinational corporations and have high expectations with respect to service quality. Shane and Doug are wonderful people who exceeded my expectations. I recommend them without hesitation.

Shane and Doug set me up with my very first pinball machine and my experience with them was excellent. Shane is very knowledgeable and was extremely patient with all my newbie questions. He took the time to go through the machine thoroughly with me and helped me with the set up in my basement. He is very fair and respectful and I will definitely be working with TPR again.

Great experience with Shane and Doug at Toronto Pinball Repair. Difficult pinball move in and setup performed perfectly. Also added a shaker and topper to my existing Jurassic Park. Great guys and service at a good price. Would recommend for any pinball needs.

I could not be happier with the job that Shane and Doug did. By far the best experience that I have ever had with pinball repair. I have had several people look at my Jurassic Park pinball machine but the problems were never properly resolved. Shane and Doug were able to fix every issue and it is now running like a new pinball machine. They also serviced my Rocky & Bullwinkle and as expected it is also running like a dream-machine. They were very accommodating, had great communication, extremely knowledgable and very reasonable rates. When it come to pinball, there are none better! I highly recommend!
