My first time buying a car online and out of province! My online interactions with Michel were fantastic. He was responsive and super helpful. He examined the car and sent me pictures of details that he thought I should be aware of.I then dealt with Julie B in regards to the sales. She made it comfortable negotiating the purchase over emails, texts, and phone calls when necessary. Julie answered all my questions and anticipated responses to some questions that I hadn't even asked! She was helpful throughout the entire process, and when we finally met in person to sign the paperwork, it was nice to have a friendly face and familiar voice to deal with.Not to say that there were no issues throughout the process, but Julie did a great job in assuring me that things would work out.

Good dealership, only recommendation was to make me feel more hospitable, based off previous reviews where customers are praising your customer service, I did not feel I got a 5 star service, hence the 4 stars I am leaving you. A small but impactful example was that we were not offered anything to drink as we sat down to negotiate the purchase of a vehicle, we had to ask (water), usually one would expect stellar treatment in this regards. Given that a dealer stays in business from people who actually buy cars, it would be in your best interest to make sure customers who are actually looking to purchase a vehicle are treated like gold.

I had a good experience at the dealership but I was expecting a return call from the salesman concerning prices for the 2018-2019 cars and nothing. He said that he would follow up with the sales director again but I still have not heard back from him. I even texted the following week to see if he had any prices to give me and again, no return call or text from their part. I really liked the Ford EcoSport but other dealerships were much better at providing a good deal for better-rated cars. I don't find it normal that a customer would have to run after salesman to be able to purchase a car. Unfortunately for them, given the poor after-visit service, they lost a sale.

I visited the dealer during summer this year to ask about a pick F-150. The sales rep told me to leave a deposit on one units that was assigned to the dealer since they were in high demand. The dealer said they could not promise a date and worst case scenario the deposit was 100% refundable. I never had any news and now I have found another vehicule. When I went to talk to the sales rep he told me they just received the car and I could not back out of the deal.They refuse to refund my deposit and they are menacing me to legally pursuit for 4.5% of the vehicule price.There was never a contract signed since the car was not allocated yet.I see this as a scam, trying to keep money from clients.Stay away from this dealer.
