Such a wonderful friendly experience the staff and Doctor were so informative and made the tests less stressful. Such a cheery group of staff and technicians. I would recommend this place above some others I have been to.

I had bilateral knee xrays done yesterday. My experiences at MIC Terra Losa have always been great. It's so refreshing to deal with such competent and pleasant staff.

The reception is there were very helpful they went up and above and beyond to help me. I forgot my paperwork did everything. They could to get my paperwork there so I could have my appointment. The technicians were very helpful they explained they were in a detail what had to be done. I was very comfortable.

MIC Medical Imaging - Terra Losa
I had a great experience at MIC Terra Losa. All staff was great, from appointment booking, to reception desk, and technicians. I had no idea what to expect of my specific exam, but my technician explained everything to me and I felt safe and supported, never scared. The equipment used looked very modern and I found the clinic super clean, comfortable and accessible for me. If I ever have to book a future appointment, I will inquire about appointment times so I don't have to miss work hours if possible, as I think they may have more availability, even if a few days later (not sure!). If I need another exam, I hope my referral comes back here. Thanks!

If you're coming here for your pregnancy I would make sure they use enough gel and move the wand around. I had a tech who didn't do this and I experienced burning on my skin (I've had ultrasounds elsewhere and this never happened).Also if you don't want the tech to use the wand to shake your belly (to get your baby to move) I would suggest clarifying that at the outset, as another tech just did it before I could say anything. Ultimately I will not be back and had a bad experience.

I was extremely anxious and my mri tech was outstanding. She was so compassionate and caring and helped me every step of the way. Amazing bedside manner. The clinc is well run, clean and professional too.

I Always have a good experience at this clinic. Very clean and friendly. Ultrasound tech Jenny is always so great at answering all my questions and thorough with her scans!

Amazing place with friendly people!I booked online in the evening (after business hours) and had my appointment scheduled for the next day. The whole process was very easy and time efficient. This place is nice and clean. Inside looks more like spa, which is quite calming.Big THANK YOU! to Stephanie who did my exam and answered my questions.

Beautiful well kept facility. Was called in quickly, jordan was really awesome. Jordan, probably the best tech I've had or come across in any medical appt, testing etc. Everyone there seemed great but you will super fortunate if you're booked with him!
