I work 2 jobs in Cambridge and Guelph. I got out of work in Cambridge at 3:30 to eat and start my other job at 4:30 in Guelph. As I was driving to get something to eat the low tire pressure light came on in my car. After getting food I took out my tire pressure reader to read all 4 tires. After reading the first tire the core in the tire valve wasn’t sealing after taking out the pressure reader, I had to play with it using my finger nail and it stopped.I didn’t think that tire was the problem because it was reading 33 psi but I still wanted to get the core in the valve tightened so I wouldn’t worry about losing more air or happening to me again when I do a tire reading.I tested the second tire and was reading like 24 psi and thought to myself that had to be the tire. I would’ve just gone to a gas station and used the air pumps there but my biggest concern was the core in valve not shutting off air and worrying about losing air overnight because I had to work at my Cambridge job at 6am the next day.I didn’t know any places in Cambridge to go to and all I thought was Teds Tire in Guelph because they’re nice and professional. I texted my boss in Guelph I may be a bit late and couldn’t go after work because most car shops close at like 5/5:30.I went into Teds with no phone appointment and explained to them everything i explained above what happened and they got me in right away. They fixed the tire in the back that ended up having a screw in it and adjusted the valve at the front. I was only 20 minutes late for my next job. I would highly recommend this place.

The crew at Ted’s always go above and beyond, whether it’s on the phone or on-site. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me pick the right winter tires for my truck last season, and the tire switch and storage were flawless. In and out in under 30 minutes.

Service for tire exchange is done quickly. Being able to have my off-season tires stored is extremely convenient. Highly recommend them.

My first time going to this Tire ship to purchase a missing bolt for one of my tires. As soon as I entered, I was greeted in a polite manner and acknowledged. I asked if I can purchase a bolt for one of my tires. The representative was knowledgeable and helped me out. I went to pay and he said it's ok it's just a bolt I can put it on your tire for you no need to pay. I was shocked and I was soo great full for his kind gesture. What a great first experience. Definitely would recommend this place.
