Kaitlyn at the Eastgate Square location was awesome. She explained everything in detail and was very helpful as I was a little nervous getting piercings done after 20 plus years. So thanks Kaitlyn!

This is my favourite location! The store layout is easy to navigate, and their clearance section has way more variety. The staff are friendly, non-judgemental, and not pushy. I feel respected even if I am just browsing, which makes for a much better shopping experience!

Very disappointed in this store. Most typical Claire stores have on going sales on most of there products. There online store had just about everything on sale that day. This store had nothing on sale. Very unusual.

When you walk in this place it looks so nice and the prices are good but the stuff they make the hair brats and the jewellery out of is not good for our health it's a really bad product I watched W5 or one of themselves and they were talking about it so do not let your kids wear this stuff look it up I can't remember exactly what they said but I know it's made with stuff we should not be wearing

When you go into a store like this fifteen minutes before close you're never quite sure what kind of service you'll get. I have to say i was pleasantly surprised. My 9 month old baby girl managed to pull out her earring right before bedtime, and lost the backing. We didn't want to go overnight without an earring in case it closed up, so I ran over here right before it closed to buy a new set. The girl was extremely helpful in answering my questions, giving me tips, and helping pick out a new set.

A little cramped, but overall a very nice place to shop!They have good variety and everything you need to let the child in you out. I love looking at all the plushies, jewelery, and accessories.
