Great experience.. good diagnosis fee and turn around time too...definitely will go back with a few other amps for repairs.And yesterday I pick up 11 older school amps, all repaired incldinh a 3 months repair warrantyLove it . Especially the hifonics Brutus audiobahn 6-channel

I was introduced to S&S Electronics to update the radio in my vehicle and I'm so glad I did. I set an appointment in advance with Chris as I was limited for time, and he made sure to complete the job in a timely fashion. He was was extremely kind and professional throughout the entire process. He was even helpful enough to walk me through the new upgrades and features with my new radio. I highly recommend these guys. I had my one Audison amplifier AV5.1K fixed twice there because it was not fixed the first time. It took months for them to get parts and the second time I get it back it only worked for a week and now it's doing the same thing again. Now I'm told warranty is only 90 days and they can't help me. Total scam.

Expensive and unprofessional with 0 knowledge of customer service , took them 6 days to tell me the samething I knew from day one and charge me $30 inadvance for that.NEVER EVER GO OR RECOMMEND THIS GUYS AND THIS PLACE.

Chris at S&S is an awesome dude to do business with. I bought a Hertz ML power 4 for a fraction of the cost compared to brand new. A Memphis Line Output converter, and wiring kit. My system leaves me in shock now. I'm from Vancouver BC and Chris shipped out my goodies to me very fast.Will be buying all my car audio gear from here now on.

Terrible communication - had to drive 4 hours and show up at their counter to get answers on an ongoing problem.They had an amp for 3 years, tried repairing it 3 or 4 times, still doesn't work, however they admitted to misdiagnosing it the first couple times. When asked for a refund due to their misdiagnosis, i was told thats unfair.After about an hour and a half we ended up sorting things out, but not after they wanted to remove all the parts they installed to repair" it
