We had a terrible experience with the conveyancing team at Winright on a real estate deal. Unfortunately, the seller was unable to close on the completion date, so we were left homeless and received little empathy or guidance from the team. To receive answers on the progress of our deal, I was required to reach out to the seller's lawyer and agent and the Winright team always seemed 2 steps behind. After seeking damages from the seller due to our out-of-pocket costs, our final bill from Winright had an additional $1,000+ of charges that were not mentioned before seeking damages or the closing date so we had to pay even more out of pocket. Overall, a very frustrating and unprofessional experience when we were needing guidance and advice from professionals.
