My dad has been a loyal customer for a number of years. Unfortunately today he was charged an extra $40 for the missing key tool to take his tires off. I absolutely know for a fact he had no reason to touch the tool at any point in time. He doesn't touch the tool, you guys do the work and he pays you. See the reasoning for this post?

452$ for exhaust that was JB welded together. The exhaust sounds worse now than it did originally. My vehicle was taken there for battery issues and the catalytic converters were stolen off the truck at the Auto Clinic on Morton Ave. They not only refused to cover the cost they did a terrible job. I have pictures showing this egregious quality work. The battery was over 300$ so a total of 752$ for exhaust that leaks, sounds terrible and was more or less glued together. I would not take my bicycle there let alone a car. The stolen catalytic converter is a great “SCAM” if you ask me.
