June 6, 2022 I accompanied a friend here to have some tests. The security at the front was kind and helpful.The coordinator who took his information was attentive and perfectly bilingual! The nurse doing the blood work was kind as well as gentle/considerate. She was perfectly bilingual! At no time did we feel unwelcome because we were English. No hint of animosity!The whole process was seamless.Thank you so much for such wonderful service!Nina Pesner for Perry Sheldon West ………

Worst. I wish there was a zero star option. Appointment for blood test at 10:30. Waited till 11:30. Realised people waiting from 9:30 appointment still. So had to leave. Maybe would need to wait 3-4 hours just for a blood test which other places do in 20 minutes max. Very unorganized

The receptionist and nurse who clean the dressing for my mom are all nice and friendly. We didn’t have to wait long since not too many people around at 18:35.

Got in a bit early for a blood drawn appointment. They didn’t let me in. 1 hour later, the time of my appointment has come and gone and they are still calling the number close the the first one I’ve got. Shameful

I don’t understand why I still need to get a number and wait for 2 rounds of number calling when I already have an appointment. What’s the point of making a time-specified appointment then?I have been to 2 other CLSC and I never had to wait so long like in this location.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The doctors aren't the problem, it's the customer service. The receptionists are rude, and completely lost. Gave me an envelope with the wrong documents (filled by my Dr for work which I needed asap), then the second time I passed to pick up my documents, still didn't know which ones and asked me to pass by a THIRD time, like I have nothing else to do with my life, finally when I got the fricken documents, they charged me 50$ for documents that I received LATE!!!!! Impossible to get service over the phone too, no one answers and cannot leave msgs. Hire people who are competent please!!

I just got insulted and shouted at my face by a rude receptionist at 11:45 am. My number was 130 and I had to return my mother’s cell specimen. The young lady didn’t seem to know how to talk apparently and she literally shouted on me that why the plastic bag was touched which was my illiterate mothers mistake. She was behaving like it’s our daily routine to come at CLSC and know all the rules. I would appreciate if the young girl must be trained how to talk with customers. And it’s her job to give people instructions and guidelines NOT JUST SHOUTING AND MISBEHAVING.

Amazing and kind staff. My mother is retired and has lots of health problems. She was given an urgent blood test and there was a mistake in her booking because the girl found the appointment to be next month March 3. My mom noted 13 of February at 9 am. So at first she refused to take her, but there was another angel that took my mom right away. We did her blood test because of her kindness. I recommend all CLSC staff to be super understanding like her. When we come to CLSC, we come with lot’s of hope and because we need Help for our health problems. Being kind and understanding towards elders makes a huge difference. Thank you so much…
