Dr José Line Leduc Dpc

My experience with Dr.Leduc today was anything but pleasant. I accompanied my mom to the office and she had concerns about the numbing of the area to be worked on. After raising these concerns to Dr.Leduc and her assistant, she continued the treatment and after my mother had asked to stop the treatment from the pain, Dr.Leduc said “this is ridiculous, would you just like to see another Doctor”. I believe it is the doctors responsibility to ensure their patients feel safe and taken care of in the office especially considering that she is a specialist clinic. Her mannerisms and way of treating patients was unacceptable.

Extremely pleased with the work done by Dr. Leduc and her assistant. They were friendly, efficient and put me at ease right from the start. If an endodontist is needed I would recommend asking your dentist for a referral to Dr. Leduc's office.

Today was my first root canal. Dr. Leduc and her team were very professional, explained everything from the beginning to the end of the procedure. They took great care to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure . It was a good experience!! I highly recommend this team to anyone!!

I would like to thank Dr Leduc for her professionalism in root canal. She was so friendly and kind also her staff are very welcoming. This was my first visit at her clinic and my experience was amazing.After my surgery I did not feel any pain, the next day I felted like I had nothing done. Definitely recommend her for root canal!Excellent work!

My recent experience with Dr. Leduc and the staff was excellent. I requested that the root canal be done without any anesthetics. This was Dr. Leduc's first time doing a root canal without anesthetics and it went great. Dr. Leduc was extremely gentle during the procedure and checked with me occasionally to see if I was comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Leduc to any new patient.

The staff are nice, but the manner of Dr. Leduc is quite poor. She came across as arrogant and abrupt. Perhaps it was a bad day for her, but still, no excuse to not be polite to who you have visiting you as a client. She knows her stuff, but why not deal with someone much nicer and far more engaging who is just about as competent? It is too bad I experienced this and hopefully Dr. Leduc will improve her manner with people. There is much more to care than just your knowledge. You have to have kindness and personality too. Make sure to scrutinize who you are referred to you and do your own research. Make sure you find someone you fit with and don't get intimidated by a fancy title.This rating is based on my visit, and perhaps it was just a one off experience.

I was referred to get a root canal with Dr. Leduc after a few years away from the dentist. Dr. Leduc and staff (Melissa and Martine) were all extremely friendly and kind and took the time to ease my fears as an anxious patient. I was provided the option for sedation and ended up declining day-of my procedure due to the positive experience I had at my initial consult! I was able to go through appointment without any pain or concern.I was a higher risk case for infection and I had zero pain, swelling or complications afterwards. I was able to eat a regular meal within an hour of the procedure!Dr. Leduc is clearly a very skilled endodontist. Really cannot recommend Dr. Leduc enough!

The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Leduc is knowledgeable, efficient, and provides a detailed explanation of her findings post evaluation. She follows up with various options for treatment which in my case x 2, specific problem areas were identified and plans to resolve them were made. I trust and value Dr Leduc’s expertise which in turn makes me feel confident I am being well taken care of.

Hands down, Dr leduc is professional, nice and caring, can't get better than this, my experience was great.
