I gave my IELTS test in Xyna and staff was very nice and said every instructions clearly. The environment was also quite and comfortable.

Xyna International School
I took my exam in this center. The staff and instructor was very calm and friendly. All COVID protocols were followed and they called me to check when I was almost running late to my exam.

This is one of the worst IELTS experience I encountered. The staff was very rude and specially when I gave my speaking exam, the instructor was not letting me finish when I was talking. It looked like he was not in the mood to work or something and was very rude. I would say 0% professionalism. Also, the receptionist lady was rude as well.

I wish I could give give a negative review. I had feel the most horrible experience with this school. I had booked an exam with this school but they cancel my exam without giving any proper reason. But now they didn’t give my refund as exam was cancelled from school side. I have provided all the documents which show my payment but the school didn’t even answering my emails. Not picking my call. I really suggest not to book exam from this school.

Xyna International School
I took my IELTS exam at Xyna International School. The process was well coordinated and seamless. The people who signed us in and did the pre-exam formalities were very polite and helpful. I had no issues there.
