I'd give this place a zero if I could. Gave instruction and showed a photo for reference on how I wanted my sons hair done and before I could blink the hairdresser had buzzed four stripes into the back of his hair nearly to the scalp. It was done so badly, no amount of styling can save it, it needs to be buzzed completely off at this point because it looks like a four year old did it.
