We have worked with Jenn on two homes now. One during the thick of the pandemic, remotely from Ontario. And on while we were in the Saint John area. Both times Jenn was great and patient as we sifted through home after home to find exactly what we wanted. Jenn kept us up to date every step of the way, offered honest and sound advice and opinions when we needed it and gave us time to ponder when we needed that.One purchase was as our home and the second is an income property. Jenn navigated both perfectly. Knowing the merits and detriments that uniquely are involved in each kind of purchase.After dealing with many agents in previous purchases and sales who were pushy and impersonal Jenn was exactly the kind of person we wanted with us through these massive decisions.Two houses purchased and who knows what the future holds for further real estate options, and how that search will go. One thing we know for sure is we don't have to search for another agent. We have the one we're keeping.

Jenn was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions as a first time home buyer, and made the experience as easy and straightforward as possible.
