Went here to meet with our construction manager and decorator to select exterior finishes for our home. The staff at the front desk were friendly. The lady assisting us was fantastic. I believe her name was Sandra. She was very thorough, and spent time going over our options. She was not pushy but offered her opinion as well. It was a pleasure working with her.

The entire team working at King Masonry Yard is very knowledgeable and extremely focused on customer service. The exterior of your home is without question the most important part of a build. They understand that the investment in time and money when it comes to exterior cladding can be difficult. They show patience and guidance through this process. As a custom home builder I have been working with King Masonry Yard for years and will continue to do so!

I went to King Masonry to find a veneer stone. Needed to clad a fireplace in my optical store. They had a very large selection. Leo helped me select a beautiful white veneer stone.I was very pleased with the overall look, price, and entire experience. I would recommend this company, and Leo to anyone.

Awesome place! I was there to get a small quantity of bricks to fix my old house, King Masonry has a very large selection, and their showroom is amazing! The salesmen were very attentive to my needs, despite I'm not the usual contractor customer. I really appreciate them taking the time to get my order. I'll definitely be keeping them in mind for future landscaping projects.

I would without hesitation recommend Isaac and his crew, specifically Andy, at King Masonry. They were professional, helpful, understanding, and genuinely appreciative of our business. As a first time custom builder, we required a bit of hand holding and guidance. Isaac was always there to help us with any questions that we had at any time of day and we could rely on him to respond to us in a timely manner. He was there to help answer questions about mortar, stone layout, and colour selection. Not once, did he appear annoyed or impatient when I needed extra clarification, or had more questions - he was happy to help, as he was just as invested in the outcome of the exterior of our home, as we were. One of the things I was most impressed by was that the customer service did not end once the sale was made. The same attention to detail that was taken to sell us our brick and stone was carried through until the end, when King Masonry came to pick up extra skids of brick that we did not require. This is a company that goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is happy, and we were not disappointed. I am looking forward to dealing with King Masonry again in the spring for our patio stones and coping, as I know I can rely on quality products, at a fair price with excellent customer service.

Great pricing and customer service. They are quick to deliver too. Dealt with Michael Sirianni who was very patient with my requests and took the time to understand what I wanted for my house. He also made a special effort to select the right set of skids for the natural. Overall really happy with the product and service.

I wanted a smooth stone for my veranda and called King Masonry. Leo was helpful and knowledgeable in the Techo-Bloc, which is what I selected. I went to their showroom and was impressed with a very modern and contemporary finish. I also spoke with David, the Techo-Bloc rep and he was informative with the colour combination which was selected for the risers and capping. As you can see, it looks spectacular and would definitely consult them again.Thanks guys

I felt very overwhelmed when it came to choosing the brick and stone for my home. I knew the look I was going for but I wasn't sure how to accomplish it. I feel blessed to have met Marie. I couldn't be happier with the service that she provided. She took the time to explain all the different products available and she helped us put together a custom blend that we absolutely love! My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Issac and Sophia L for material for our new custom home. Without out a doubt some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. Issac and Sophia took the time to explain the product, the process and all the pros and cons. Based on our application (painted brick), they were able to recommend a product that saved us significant dollars and give us the exact look we want. They could have sold us brick costing significantly more but took the honest route. If you are in need of any masonry product you must visit King Masonry. Even if you choose not to buy from them you will walk away with way more knowledge than you had before you walked in. First class operation.

Contacted King Masonry in regards to specific stones needs for our backyard project. Like most business in retail construction, supplies are limited due to Covid which has driven prices for raw material very high.We spoke with Leo in regards to our dilemna and he was very eager to assist. In fact, he responded within minutes after regular business hours and followed up with us the next morning. Prices were reasonable and product was delivered on time within 48 hours.King Masonry was very easy to deal with and in business today it's difficult to find companies who care about customers and not just the bottom line.
