I looked for a number of months for my Ridgeline and when a Ridgeline showed up on Listowel Honda’s website I called. From the first phone call, the response & service I received was impressive. The salesman I spoke to, Brady was awesome to work with. He answered questions, emails and texts during the sale promptly and when it came time to drive my Ridgeline home, Brady spent the time it took for me to get comfortable with operating the vehicle. Kenny was great about explaining the options for extended warranty and coverages and went through options and combinations that allowed me to select a warranty for my needs. I had a super disappointing Customer service experience. Nothing to do with my car, the mechanics are wonderful. But staff in general. The automatic door opening button did not work and the staff inside the building had no problem watching me struggle with a double stroller and diaper bag trying to get into the building. And out of the building. Twice. Watched as I tried to get everything through the door and the comment was ‘looks like you have your hands full’ not a single person offered to get up from their chair and assist with the door. None of them were with customers. I had to go in and out of the dealership a total of 4 times and they all chose to just watch the struggle bus. I understand it’s not their job to get the door but common courtesy? Or just yah know in general you help people with the door. Anyways, for sure won’t go back for any service to my brand new car again.

I just purchased a 2020 Honda CRV from Jeff at Listowel Honda. My experience at this dealership was fantastic. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and kind. Jim helped with my trade-in and also walked me through how to operate my new CRV when I arrived to pick it up. Ken was informative while explaining warranty to me and taking the time to go over the breakdown of costs. What I appreciated most was after having my new vehicle for two weeks, Jeff called to follow up with me and ask how I’m liking the CRV.
