Jasper Destination & Event Management

We had Jasper Event Management (Jordan and Brett) as our day of coordination team for our wedding in Jasper in November 2022. From the beginning of working together Jordan was an expert, providing advice for our venue, and local connections for making our planning and then the day as smooth as possible. Jordan checked in with me as the weeks and months went on, and by the day of I knew my vision of how I wanted the decor, vibes and general layout of our wedding day was going to be pulled off perfectly. Jordan and Brett setup and took down 2 spaces for us, our ceremony location and then our reception hall. We provided all our decor but with some special touches from Jordan’s expert eye and inventory.. we also had some technical difficulties with our slide show and event space’s setup- Jordan was to the rescue with a plan b portable screen that worked better than the original plan.Could not have had a better day that was as stress free without Jordan and Brett. If you’re on the fence of having a wedding day-of coordination team or even a full event planner- I highly recommend doing this for yourself! You are so invested in every detail and it is worth having a professional team helping you execute.Thanks Jasper Event Management!!!

From the very first email, right down to meeting me at the isle, Jordan was there every step of the way. Trying to plan a small ceremony in Jasper while living 5 hours away could have been extremely stressful, but Jordan made it one of the easiest things we could have done. We could not have done it without him. If anyone is considering getting married in the Jasper area, I would highly recommend hiring Jordan! He has the best recommendations, and is very accommodating. When I wanted to change things, he was on the ball right away! Answered every question and concern I had throughout the whole process. Jordan was amazing to work with for our wedding day! He was patient with our many ideas and helped us to form a more concrete vision for our wedding. Whenever we had questions or new ideas, Jordan was able to help us and suggest what would work best. He and Brett were able to make our wedding day go smoothly and seamlessly and ensured everything was set-up and taken down efficiently. They even worked with our family band to ensure they had enough space for their equipment. We would recommend them for any special event - they are organized, efficient, and helped us stay on track.

Involving Jasper Event Management was one of the best decisions we made when we planned our wedding. Our idea was to have them host at our “welcome campfire” and ceremony so that we could organize the events exactly how we wanted them, and not ask our family or friends to be involved with the setup or clean-up. The value we received from working with Jasper Event Management was far greater than whatever it ended up costing.We first met with Jordan and his colleague Elsa several weeks in advance of our wedding. We walked through the details of our vision, which each of them grasped on to quickly. Even though our events were tailored exactly to us, their experience with event organization was invaluable as they gave us very helpful thoughts and ideas to make sure they would be a success. Since we were planning our event from Calgary, having someone from Jasper involved also helped us to secure great back-up itineraries in case the weather didn’t cooperate. They created an itinerary and organized list of how they would be involved, and from there we were set.Our plan for the “welcome campfire” was to utilize the great public campsites alongside Pyramid Lake. Jordan and Elsa arrived early to secure the best lakeside spot for our group, which was incredibly important since there are no options to reserve the site. We wanted to create an authentic campfire experience with all of the necessities: S’mores, hot dogs, appetizers etc. and Jordan was the one that executed the evening. He had our food setup buffet style, kept it organized, and cleaned everything up afterward. The campfire went smoothly and was exactly as we had envisioned. Since we were hosting our event outdoors it was imperative to us to make sure that our group “left no trace”. Jordan ensured everything was cleaned up which put our minds at ease and meant our family and friends could enjoy their evening.Our ceremony was hosted at our family cabin on Lake Edith. We planned for guests to congregate beforehand to enjoy refreshments and enjoy the mountain setting. However, holding the ceremony at the family cabin meant we needed help from Jasper Event Management with everything from setup, to hosting and clean-up. Jordan arrived well in advance of the guests to chill the beverages, pour drinks, assist with decorating and have everything organized. He also supplied the audio for background and ceremony music. While drinks were self-serve, Jordan kept bottles popped and everything tidy. The ceremony was by the lake with guests sitting on benches we built ourselves. Jordan supplied decorative blankets for the benches, which he setup for guests to sit on and make the space look inviting. When it was all done, Jordan cleaned up everything. A simple wedding ceremony by the lake is exactly what we had wanted, and Jordan made it all happen.

We had Jordan and the Jasper Event Management crew help us make sure our wedding ran smoothly and they were outstanding. Easy to work with and went above and beyond. Always offering to do stuff and just generally taking tasks off our plate. Well worth the money to make sure we could just relax and celebrate!

My husband and I had finally decided to get married and started calling around to get numbers at different resorts for a potential destination wedding. I remember calling Pyramid Lake resort and Jordan picked up the phone. We told him what we were looking for and he offered his service as he was just starting a new business adventure with his colleague. We jumped at the offer and we couldn't have been happier with the results. Jordan and Elsa planned everything for us and advocated our wishes to the vendors. I will never be able to find the words to describe how amazing Jordan and Brett were for us!! He made our dream wedding come true!! At first I was hesitant at the initial “sticker shock”, but honestly, after an entire year of him being there for me…it was worth every penny and more! Jordan looked after every detail, and being from Jasper he knew the best vendors and we were blown away by the quality of everyone involved! Our wedding was over 100 people, and he handled every detail with ease. On the wedding day, it was seamless!! I was never stressed, he handled “hiccups” without me even knowing and handled them so I wouldn’t have to worry. Jordan is a gem, I will recommend him for anyone looking to get married!! I had such a great experience with Jordan and his team. They were organized and detailed, I felt comfortable not even knowing how my venue was going to look until we did our grand entrance.
