ABF did a terrific job with my move from Canada to the US! I had booked an Upack relocube and although communication was a bit difficult on the phone at first, to deal with the paperwork, ABF was great from the day of loading and meeting in person. I feel like they do more B2B work and I needed a little more help with the import paperwork, but we got there! The weather was really bad on the initial loading day and they worked with me to reschedule the loading date. I worked with Vishnu and Jeffrey and they were very nice, professional and helpful! Shipping was quick, I received updates directly from Upack's site and ABF's delivery was flawless.

Very very unprofessional service from this company. We schedule a pickup on Monday 23rd January 2023 and they didn’t show up for 3 days.Thursday they called and I was in meeting so I missed a call & called them back after 10 minutes. Guy name JEFF from dispatch called me and was very very rude & got angry and asked me WHY DID YOU MISSED MY CALL?Also, I provided all documents to them and JEFF said, I AM NOT GOING TO CHECK ANYTHING! I AM CHECKING NOTHING.seriously? Like seriously? Do you treat your customers like that??? What is the management of this company doing?This is regarding pickup scheduled at 1051 Tapscott road. I am reaching out to the management of this company to discuss this in detail.

I've used ABF a few times now to ship my stuff to and from Canada. They've always made it very simple to get my stuff (importing and all) and it's pretty inexpensive for the service they offer. I love the door to door option as it makes it so much simpler to have someone drop it off and pick it up when you're done.My one and only complaint is that on this most recent move, there was a leak in the truck itself and several of my boxes got wet and a few pieces of furniture got water stains and rust on them. While this isn't the end of the world because I can clean most of it, a few pieces of my wooden furniture now have some water damage.I'll likely use this service again despite this, but will utilize more blankets/cardboard/plastic wrap to insure if it happens again it won't get on my stuff.

We are not at all happy about Abf logistics because every time they are very late in shipping, and all the time with damaged box, last time we received our boxes after 8 months with damaged box by an animal, we complained to Abf but the person in charge was very rude and told that it is not our responsibility! this time also a box is damaged as attached photo. First time shipped by High energy transport I complained to Mr Leo the manager in charge that he told I will ask Abf about your complain and damaged box, he forwarded my complain to Abf and after 2 months no response yet! this time Abf asked No limit logistics to carry my boxes and again we received one of the boxes as damaged

I don't even know where to begin praising ABF. They were the best part of our move from Canada to USA. They understand just how stressful moving is so they were very accommodating. It comes down to people. Vishnu, you were amazing, and so was Jeffrey. Janet at the front, so friendly. Each staff was amazing, wonderful, and just simply pleasant to deal with! Very helpful too! From now on, we will only go to ABF. We move a lot and so you can count on a repeat customer, for sure! Thank you so much!!!

Dispatch guy, is the most rude person I've ever spoke to, shipment was pending for pick up during 2 days, and instead giving me a solution, he blamed me for the driver not being on time for pick up when I called several times to confirm the closing time for pick up,. When I ask him when this can be picked up, his answer was another day" . I suggest to start treating customer with respect and decency
