No appointment needed for X ray, normal waiting time is about 5----20 mins depends on how busy they are at the time. So far no unhappy experience with them.

mixed feelings. Staff at the facility itself were great. However, attempting to contact the office has been a nightmare. I had to call 4 times today to even get through. My calls kept getting dropped despite trying different phones.I called today to sort out an issue regarding the return of my heart monitor: I am due to return it the first Monday after this weekend. When I got home, I found an email that disclosed an appointment I was not made aware of in person.Said appointment was an echocardiogram for the following Wednesday. I had to explain more than once why making two trips (which can be costly regardless of whether or not you own a vehicle) across the city was impractical for something as petty as dropping off equipment. It felt like I was speaking to another species altogether. No compromises were offered so I cancelled the appointment.Congenital heart problems run in my family. Did I inherit them? Guess I'll never know.You're seriously not willing to waive late fees so you can pocket more from me as I pay double for something that can be done in one trip?I know this is a car town. A lot of people are ending up here from other cities who do not drive. Stop assuming everyone drives.

The technician I had today was wonderful! He kept me calm and was very professional. He was very reassuring.

From the receptionist to the technician and Dr. Soparkar, it was a wonderful experience !! I have never encountered a Dr. Who actually listens and cares❤️
