Lovely chocolates! One of my favourite chocolate shops. I really love the almond clusters, macadamia nut, pink himalayan dark chocolate caramels and hazelnut crunch.Try the georgia browns and the hedgehogs.I also highly recommend the chocolate ice cream bar covered in nuts.

This is my go to spot to pick up a little gift for someone or a treat for myself. I love that they have a good selection of No Sugar Added" Chocolates!"

Fantastic Easter chocolates. Purdys has always been a favorite. Lovely staff.

Just got out of the store with a lot of small gifts for my family and friends. The staff there, Jorie helped me with great recommendations since he leaned that it’s my first time in Vancouver. They made me feel very comfortable without overselling. Before I left , the store manager, Joanne gave me a sample of the mandarin flavor chocolate- it’s so tasty ! Will definitely go back next time!

Went to this store to pick up a gift. The staff in the front didn’t bother greeting or helping me with product information. Was trying to look for something without caffeine but she asked me to look myself for gift packages without caffeine. She said she doesn’t know which chocolates did not have caffeine. When I asked for a gift bag at check out because i was buying two gifts, she did not give me two bags. Did not help with gift packaging. From my previous experiences, I know Purdys help with a little gift packaging.

A Vancouver classic chocolatier. A great place to find nice gifts for everyone including people who need sugar free chocolate or vegan chocolate!We love the dipped ice cream bars. So nostalgic and delicious. I highly recommend the white chocolate version and am in love with thier Sweet Georgia Browns with white chocolate and hazelnuts too! Or any kind really!

I have enjoyed Purdy's Chocolates for 34 years. I distinctly remember my very first taste. I do appreciate this location. It's well-maintained, organized with attentive service. They're located on the west side of Granville South of Broadway.

overpriced and very frugal with samples. poor tasting. go to See’s candies in the US. They are generous with samples and their prices are way better.

I'm a regular Purdy's customer but had a very bad experience at this store today. I wanted to purchase a heart shaped box of chocolates for my husband for Valentines Day. He only likes chocolates with nuts. The store had a low supply of individual chocolates with nuts with only a few almond clusters. To work around this I said I would purchase some of the nut barks and put them into the heart box. The store refused to do this for me saying the barks could only be purchased in a paper bag. I explained it was for a gift for Valentines day, I don't want chocolates in a paper bad. I offered to buy the box separately so that I could put the bark in. They refused to sell me the box unless I purchased it full of chocolates for $40. This wouldn't work since they did not have enough nut chocolates to fill a box. It was an extremely puzzling and frustrating experience. It made no sense that this store refused to fill a heart shaped box with the chocolate bark or to sell me a heart shaped box separately. This store is not customer centric and needs to reevaluate it's policies.Edit - Regarding the response below: This further confirms the nonsensical, non-customer centric mentality of the company. You had the boxes in front of me and were willing to fill them with certain types of chocolate - just not the types of chocolate I wanted to buy. This WAS a custom purchase but you wouldn't let me fill the box with the chocolates I wanted. This doesn't make sense - and this type of generic response is irritating.

So I called to order 29 of the bar bags as holiday gifts for our staff, and the staff there tells me I think we might have it on the floor
