Amazing staff. Reasonable hours. Great unique selection. Value on prices. They are not government owned. You might pay more sometimes, but they are open on days/hours that other stores in the area are not.

It's clever that their branding looks exactly like the BC Liquor Store (government owned), but this establishment is privately owned. They certainly have a better selection of beers, but the liquor store in town has a better assortment of spirits. Almost everything here is certainly more expensive than the store in town ($4 for a 1664 vs $2.95), but there are some interesting finds here that you won't see anywhere else.
