Hearth Manor provided me with superb service, product quality, a safe installation, and timely delivery for my new gas fireplace insert. The people were very customer focused, knowledgeable, safety-conscious, and efficient. I purchased a product at a reasonable price for the value and quality and reliability. They worked hard to ensure the fastest delivery for me during the pandemic, and were very proactive in recommending some changes to the order to ensure that I have heat in my office during the winter. I recommend Hearth Manor highly-- I trust them to know what they are talking about, and provide the best option at the best value and safety for their customers.

Just visited hearth Manor for the first time in a couple years and it's the same warm welcome but I've always gotten since we were kids. Hearth Manor was actually the sponsor for my softball team when I was little!My kids were enamoured with their antiques section. As the owner of a local business down the street, Align Custom Fit Footwear &Footcare, I can really appreciate the warm welcome of a family-owned business. And especially the longevity is such a great family-owned business. My family has been getting their custom fireplaces here for decades. Looking forward to coming back for a visit and to find more treasures for our home.

Liz is amazing. Very easy to deal with. She’s friendly, reliable, and efficient. She was very helpful when we had to order a custom screen. She even let us take one home to see if we liked it. We also purchased a screen in-house which is beautiful. We would definitely recommend hearth manor.

We were looking for a modern fireplace for our custom build homes and our Builder has highly refer us to Hearth Manor and we are so glad we went with them. Liz and Sim was amazing helping me pick the best fireplace for my house. We end up buying a few with Hearth Manor for our entire house. Their installation was very professional and despite the shortage of alot of inventory during the pandemic, they were able to secure my fireplace for me so that I can complete my house. The new gas insert is beautiful and makes me happy. We bought the first week of August and said we wanted to replace our current gas fireplace. We wanted it in before Christmas. We were told the unit would arrive mid October. First week of November the installer came and said he couldn't install because our chimney had many loose bricks. I was very worried because I did tell them about my chimney problems in August. They assured me back then, no problem. They did arrange for their mason to look at and fix our chimney. After hounding the store for a month, the mason came mid December to fix our chimney. The mason did a good job, the gas insert was installed and it looks great. I was stressed because I thought that my chimney wouldn't be fixed before spring, but the install was done before Christmas. I did have to pay double of what I wanted to do because of the chimney, but at least it is safe now. The mason was cheaper than any other quote I received. I did feel that there was a bit of lack of communication. However, everything is done it works well, looks good and is safe.

The team at Hearth Manor is EXCELLENT. I have been a customer for years. Liz is wonderful to work with. I purchase two gas fireplaces - from the installation to post-customer support has always been top notch. Thank you for the wonderful service and I highly recommend them.

A delight to work with. Thorough, professional, answered every question and upon completion of installation followed up and answered every additional question. Installation was smooth and clean. They showed us how to work all. Highly recommended.

We purchased a high-end Regency fireplace that was installed 2 years ago and have not seen it working even once yet. The service was not well handled. After some initial work was done I was told that I have to pay out of pocket as Regency declined to honor the warranty. After personally discussing this with Regency they gave the go ahead for the warranty. However progress continues to be slow.Revised: Bumping from 1 to 4 star since this was finally resolved. The issue with the warranty was because of a technicality with the date the store purchase the unit vs when it was installed. The repair took a while because it was a strange problem. The unit itself was fine.

Although I wasn’t able to actually be a customer (the part I needed wasn’t available) but Liz couldn’t have been more helpful. She directed me to someone who could help and solved my problem. It isn’t often these days that people jump in and help when there’s nothing in it for them but I will be back to Hearth Manor in the future and will encourage my friends and family to seek them out for any fireplace, stove/grill needs!

I would like to say after spending quite some time searching the internet looking for a fireplace company that I would feel confident dealing with as my fireplace install would have to be custom built I found that Hearth Manor Fireplaces was the recommended company that continued to be on the top of the list of my internet searches .After reading the great reviews about Hearth Manor my wife and decided to drop by their fireplace showroom and we were greeted by friendly helpful staff, shortly after we were introduced to Liz & Hans the owners and after a lengthly conversation regarding our needs and wants it was clear to us that their team new exactly what we wanted our custom fireplace to look like .Liz scheduled her team out to the house for a pre inspection for us to further discuss the design of the fireplace and have a look at the layout of our home .During the fireplace install the team was so helpful with making sure all our expectations were met. Would like to mention that at the start of the build we had some concerns and Steve the installer listened and made the necessary corrections along the way knowing that it would keep us completed satisfied and they certainly went above and beyond .The team has consistently made extra efforts to assist us in completing our fireplace with the highest standard of quality workmanship .We love our new fireplace which now is the focal point of our living room especially when its on .We would certainly recommend Hearth Manor Fireplaces to anyone that’s looking for a professional company to deal with as they have completely satisfied us in every aspect .Sincerely ,Geysa & Blaine
