The Maple Inn

Charming, clean, rooms comfortable, friendly staff, unbelievable quality of food. What more to say! Could not have had a better experience. Did not want to leave.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Maple Inn in Parrsboro, Nova Scotia. From the moment we arrived, We were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The inn itself is a charming and beautifully maintained property. Our room was cozy and immaculate, and if anything, too elegant ;). The location is perfect, allowing easy access to the town's attractions and the breathtaking Bay of Fundy. The breakfast served in the morning was a delightful treat, featuring a delicious homemade meal. Our host made sure that our dietary restrictions were considered. I highly recommend the Maple Inn for a memorable and relaxing stay in Parrsboro.

Our experience at the Maple Inn was personal and exceptional, from the moment we were welcomed and taken to our room. Paul was friendly and has a genuine gift of hospitality.The Maple Inn was a great place to escape with a loved one. Even small details were looked after. Our breakfast, including an orange flavored scone, fruit bowl and French toast, with maple sausage was a wonderful taste delight.As we travelled the scenic drive we enjoyed stopping at many locations for photo opportunities and walks on the beaches. This was peaceful.Even at the Harbour View restaurant, where we had supper, we had great service although they were busy, the food was great.

We at The Maple Inn just for one night but it was amazig. This B&B is so lovely an Paul the host is very kind. The house looks beautiful an is quiet but you can reach the mainstreet by feet. We got a very warm welcome from Paul and our Suite was great - very clean, large and so nice in every detail. We enjoyed very much. The breakfast in the mornig was made by Paul himself and was a 3 course menu" - so delicious! Highly recommended!!!"

I felt like home! The Inn itself is beautiful and full of history for the guests to explore by themselves. Parrsboro is a small place, but you will have pretty much everything during commercial hours. If you want to change and relax, this is the right place for you.

This is a lovely place to stay. Lots of outdoor spaces. I highly recommend the front deck for an early morning book reading session. The host was very welcoming. The room was quiet and cool (it’s been a hot summer). Loved reading the history of the Inn and met a merchant downtown who was born in the Inn when it was a hospital. The breakfast was beautifully presented and one of the best I’ve had in a BnB. They go the extra mile here

Such a great experience at the Maple Inn! We stayed in the Black Velvet room which is very particularly decorated and we really enjoyed that! Paul was an amazing host right off the start, explaining the history of the building and his own role so far therein! He is a very interesting guy and a jack of all trades! (Makes delicious cookies, DELICIOUS breakfast, and a very well accomplished musician). Would literally return to Parsborro just for another few nights in this excellent B&B!

Paul has created a majestic getaway for the traveler. We felt welcomed immediately and the rooms were amazing. The family and I had a great two night stay and enjoyed his 3course breakfast. The scones are worth the trip, and his energy and pride in his work shows throughout. Truly a beautiful place and wonderful stay. Thank you for a great ending to our vacation week. Thanks Paul.

We stayed there for 3 nights, staff were very friendly, welcoming and happy to help. The breakfasts were superb, although no choice was given. For ourselves, this did not present any issue. The decor was wonderful and furnishings were top quality.This was an unexpected gem, met all of our expectations and is now on our established list of venues for mini breaks.

Everything about the Maple Inn was delightful. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the beds were extremely comfortable, the complimentary freshly-baked cookies on arrival were delicious, the spacious outdoor deck was a peaceful place to take in the evening air, the host was thoughtful and most gracious, the three course breakfast was scrumptious, the round-the-clock availability of free coffee, tea and popcorn was most appreciated, and we will definitely be back! An unqualified recommendation.
