Janzen Earthscaping

Janzen Earthscaping did our new yard last fall and we are very happy with their job. Bobby is a great guy to work with, very responsive and considering all your request.

Edit: Bobby got in touch ASAP after leaving this review. Since we still needed sod, we decided to move forward with Janzen. There was lots of communication, sincere apologies for the communication errors, and to fix the problem, he got us in right away. We no longer have the worst grass on the street, we now have the best grass on the street!Was recommended to use Janzen by Tuff Turf as we needed sod installed. Called Bobby and initially was great. Got my details, communicated easily and sent me my quote. When I said I wanted to go ahead with the job, he said he would schedule me in, and let me know what the date would be. After that - he ghosted me. I emailed multiple times, and left 2 voicemails, but no reply to anything. Just really sucked, because by the time I tried to book someone else, they were booked up.

Bob and his guys were amazing! They really went above and beyond to ensure my problem on my wall was fixed and left my yard looking amazing! They do amazing work and would definitely use then again!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the service and great communication we received by Janzen Earthscaping and his team. The worth was better then we anticipated, and his crew worked hard and diligently to stay within our planned budget. I'd highly recommend Janzen Earthscaping for any job big or small.

I had some landscaping done last year and called these guys on a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed. The crew was hard working and obviously liked working for Janzenearthscaping. The owner even showed up to work as well which you don't see very often nowadays. As inexperienced do-it-yourselfers, we mistakenly ordered much less soil than what we actually needed. On delivery, they offered their expert opinion and went above and beyond to figure out how much we would actually need for the job we were doing. He even made sure we had the additional soil within an hour to finish our landscaping! Very professional and friendly - would highly recommend!!

I ordered top soil for delivery at 9:30 am. 10 am rolls around and I texted Bob and said he'd call his driver and call me back. He called me back and said driver fell behind. That delivery will be made in 30 to 45 minutes. Ok. Bob called back 30 minutes later and reassured me product is being loaded as we speak. Delivery was made by 11:25 am and the driver was apologetic and kind. Bob gave me a small discount for the wait. I thought that was nice and considerate. I will buy from them again. Thank you.
