First Call Plumbing & Heating

First Call have been my go-to for water issues. I have appreciated that their work has been quick and reliable, and they provide additional helpful information around the issue. This spring, they gave me a very reasonable quote for A/C installation (I have an older, two-story house) -- and the service was thorough, thoughtful, and minimally disruptive. It is easy to work with this team, and to have them in your house/yard. Again: I especially appreciate that they take the time to answer questions so that you can be informed and confident moving forward. Professional expertise and experience + easy communication. I'd highly recommend this team.

We have used First Call Plumbing & Heating a few times now and have always been very pleased with their friendly service. Some of the work they’ve done for us includes unclogging a drain, kitchen sink/leak repair, installing a new toilet. Best plumbing company in Brandon. This year alone Manley & crew saved me from a dead furnace during a -35C cold snap and from a dead A/C unit during a +35C heatwave. Both times they came to the house in under 2 hours and went above & beyond to get things working again, either the same day or the next. Plus they also do regular drain maintenance to prevent sewer backups. Always pleasant, professional & respectful. Highly recommend!

I called at 10am to say that my water tank was leaking and, most likely, had to be replaced. Not only did I find out that my tank was still under warranty and would be replaced as such, they arrived at my residence by 1:30pm and was done the work by around 4pm. Was not expecting that. Because of my career, I really do appreciate quick, reliable and professional work. I got all of this and couldn't be happier. I honestly thought it was going to be a few days of cold showers. I would recommend First Call to anyone.

They managed to fix my faucet on the same day. Great, attentative service and they only billed me for a partial hour of labour, nothing more. Will for sure use them again in the future ☺️

Manly and Crew very helpful/polite and cleaned up after themselves.Manly explained the process and cost associated with the new furnace and air conditioner and stuck to the price that he quoted, even thou there was a few extras he had to do. I highly recommend them for any other work.
