Great little shop with a big selection. Good bulk items, nice range of quality nuts, spices, herbs, and teas, plenty of vegetarian/vegan options too.Staff is friendly and helpful.Space could use a bit of an update but still clean and well maintained.

My favourite store! They have everything you need from bulk grains and beans, kombucha, plant milk, snacks, frozen stuff. Tons of vegan and veggie foods as well as ethnic foods you can't get elsewhere. I go at least once a week and the staff are very friendly.

Nice selection of ethnic foods, and a section for bulk/containerless buckets of things like nuts and grains. A bit pricey, but you'll find things here you will not find elsewhere, like a wide selection of flavored syrups for drink mixing.

Every time I go I'm surprised at the selection and the reasonable prices. It makes me feel like I'm in Europe to have a small, well-stocked market just a five minute walk from home.

Prices are higher even in comparison to bougie supermarkets like IGA, but that staff is really friendly and at least the stock gardein chicken consistently enough for me to come back

Superb high quality grocery. They have some bulk lentils and rice at the back that you can buy by weight. They have lots of gluten friendly and vegan alternatives in their store. Also a good place to find spices and Mexican, Indian and Mediterranean ingredients.

Best place to buy spices and dried herbs. Good selection of imported/international items that you can't always find in regular grocery stores. And the staff is always friendly and helpful!

I had the best visit to this little gem of a shop. They have great bulk products and spices, organic options, vegetarian and ethnic foods. The algerian olives are to die for. Highly recommend.
