Couldn't fault the care provided. Thorough, efficient and caring. Impressively gentle handling of our semi-feral cat which immediately put her at ease. The advice on possible options for treatment covered the whole spectrum with no pressure to take any particular option. The practice as a whole was friendly and efficient.

As usual I found all the staff and Ian Mcconnell himself to be very friendly and attentive to my dog's needs. Can't recommend highly enough. Felt very safe as regards covid procedures.

McConnell's vet's is first class, I wouldn't take my Pug Alfie anywhere else, he's a nervous dog, but he is always treated with kindness patience and and the price is always fair, I would recommend this vet's to any pet owner

I would give 10 stars if I could!We had to say goodbye to our old boy , who wasn't registered with them. They were amazing. From my 1st phone call and throughout the whole procedure, 2nd to none. Gave us all the time we needed. Thank you so much, from all our family for taking care of our best friend, ' Boscar.' x

Very dissatisfied with this vets told me there was nothing to worry about went to another vet and my lovely dog had cancer what a disgrace infect I give no stars took a cat here with skin complaint and was told he had laringitious
