Takes 2 hours to buy anything. Takes huge time inside, then on the course outside, the system just does not work. Two lines with no control, employees ask who is there first and people do not pay attention and just say that arrived first. Line with trailers goes faster and employees do not see. At the end takes 40 minutes to 10 cars go through. Needs lots of improvement, from ordering, pay and outside. When they add self service all over I will be glad to return.

Do not trust this store on its opening hours , do not trust trust Google map neithee. At 7 PM on 22.02.2023 I checked on Googlemap that store is open till 9 PM, travel a lot to come physically to the store to find it closed only that day. This is complete disrespect to the clients!!!!

Long waits at the desk to place your order then to find out you get to the back and wait again to eventually find out they don’t have the quantities you were asking for. 45 minutes of wait time to be told that they do not have the material you need because the person running the yard wants to sell the scrap wood as good wood. This is the second time from a second store working in the backyard that tells me the same thing. It would be nice to see a supervisor in the backyard to handle such problems and maintain a good inventory instead of relying on unqualified staff to do it.

I love canac stores. I recommend that you shop there first before going to other big Reno stores, because in every case I did everything was less expensive for the same brand or products. The store is nice, lots of big brands at really good prices, lots of choices and staff is great too. I wish they open one in St-Jean-sur-richelieu!!

Unbeatable! The best quality price home hardwares store in Quebec.2022-04-20: I just downgraded two stars due to below two issues:- ⭐ 1) I bought two little pieces of metal: half hour waiting for pickup outside- ⭐ 2) they hire irresponsible students:When loading up, the guy scratched my car.

Very, very happy with service. An employee approached me to ask if I needed help. He explained the differences in the product options I was interested in. I will definitely return as there is client-service and better prices than bigger hardware stores.
