Rules are way too strict for 100$ a month LoL I pay 20$ a month at my other gym and they don’t come up too me during my workout and try to hassle me on every little thing I do …. Go to another gym unless you come during hours front desk staff is not here !!

I have been attending classes with NHF for 3 years. I started because I had hip issues and was having troubles walking....I had been to massage and chiro and the DR to try and fix it, but nothing was helping. After 3 sessions in Aerial Yoga with New Heights Fitness, I was starting to walk properly again and the pain was subsiding.I now go once or twice a week to Aerial Yoga classes and am feeling amazing. I cannot miss a week or I feel it.....Raileigh and the instructors are amazing! The studio is a beautiful space to feel safe and enjoy what your body can learn. I highly recommend this business to anyone who would like to try Aerial Yoga, Pole Fitness, Hoop Fitness, or Hamack. Nothing like it in the world!

I worked out here while staying overnight at a local motel and this gym was absolutely amazing! This gym blows away any of the ones here in North Bay. I have family in London, Ontario and I routinely take the Owen Sound route to avoid the 401 and, I will stop by this gym again when I next travel to London. Guaranteed.

New Heights is a moderately sized gym and is fairly well equipped. Sometimes, one feels slightly congested when there are more members in than usual but it is not unbearable. The membership itself is pretty expensive as far as gyms go. If you are looking for a cheap membership at a basic gym, then there are others that might interest you in the area.Overall rating of 3/5 for price of membership and the size of the facility.

New Heights Fitness is a bad dealI have been working out for 14 years now and over this time I have had the opportunity to experience as many as 20 different gyms. Unfortunately if you live in Hanover, New Height Fitness is really your only option. The membership fee is 3 times as much as most gyms at over $60 per month. While signing up, you will be informed that there is a $150 activation fee. I am not sure if this is to activate the little grey key fob that takes 30 seconds, or if the money goes into a maintenance fund used to never fix any of the gym equipment. Rest assured, I’ve heard the staff inform members they are “not for profit.” You will also come to realize that this expensive membership only gives you access to 1/3 of the gym. The other 2/3’s is broken up for cross fit, aerobics and a women’s only section which are all additional charges. When the cardio equipment breaks, they simply put a post-it note on it that states, it is only meant to be used for light workouts. The change rooms stink of sweat and urine; I know the staff cleans them but they always smell. The employees are really the best thing this gym has going for it.
