Bought all the appliances for a rental place as they are open boxes. Waited few weeks for delivery as they are struggling to get product available. Finally the delivery was done and fridge does not work. Instead of replacing they booked for service and its been more than 7 days. Would not recommend.

Purchased all of our new appliances at Royal Appliances following the completion of the build of our new house … extremely pleased with the value for our $ … great customer service and friendly staff. A few weeks after the purchase of our appliances we suffered a power surge which damaged our new fridge … Tim provided prompt 5 stars warranty service.

Don't buy anything from here. It deserve 0 star". Worst customer service from "OWNER". Staff/Sales people cares more about business than owner himself.This store will repair the stuff and sells as brand new."

I have two very good experiences with Royal Appliance. Bought opened box washer and a fridge from them in two separated occasions, both were delivered fast the next day in a professional manner. Basically we called and gave out dimensions of the product we need, and when we need it, they will sort it out and find what they have in stock. Because they are warehouse, we always find a bargain on a “opened box” well known brand product, especially good for getting it quick for replacement in rental properties. They are at Brampton but deliver pretty much in 24hr across GTA. If you pay a small fee they can remove the old appliances as well. I will definitely recommend them to someone I know, if you need fast, reliable, don’t mind small scratches or dent on products… it’s the go to place.

Two very positive experiences with Royal Appliances of Brampton this year so they are our Go To appliance dealer!In July of this year we had a tenant with a washer that broke down and after looking at half a dozen places we found Royal Appliances on Rutherford Rd in Brampton and we selected an over and under Washer / Dryer unit by Whirlpool at a very good price. Royal delivered it and took away the old equipment. Smooth transaction. Tim Mitchell was the guy who looked after our requirements that time and we made note of his name and number.In November this year, the large Amana refrigerator we had in our kitchen broke down and our repair guy told us to save our money and buy a new one. We went back to Royal Appliances and to Tim once again. He helped us find a replacement unit that would meet our needs and at an affordable price. We had some challenges as we had modified the entrance to our home since the Amana was delivered over 20 years ago. Tim delivered the new Frigidaire unit himself and took the doors off the old Amana to get it out of the house. The new unit came in and fit perfectly.Tim, and Royal understand the meaning of Service! We highly recommend them.

Great deals on name brand scratch and dent appliances. Appliances work great and most of them have barely noticeable scratches or minor dents mainly on the sides or back, which are not even visible behind the kitchen counters or cabinets. I saved well over $1000 when we bought 2 gas stoves 2 refrigerators and 1 gas dryer. I’ve had these 4 appliances for more than 8 years now and we haven’t had any issues with either of them.Thanks guys for saving us almost $1200 dollars.Now I’m looking for a good stainless steel dishwasher and I’m going back for another money saving great deal.They even gave us a warranty on the appliances.

Had the privilege of meeting Jessica, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a lot from her and left the store better than when I went in. It is rare to find anyone that cares to give good service anymore. She really excelled so I returned and ended up buying a very high quality dishwasher at a great price. I would buy again. We have always bought our appliances at Royal Appliance. Our Range was unfixable as of yesterday. We went to Royal Appliance this morning to purchase a new Range. We met with Jessica who was absolutely brilliant!! She was extremely knowledgeable and more than helpful. We purchased a Frigidaire Range this morning at 11:00 a.m. and we now have our new Range in our kitchen as of this moment. We are thrilled!!
