Until today I have never had a problem cashing cheques at money mart has always been a convient and quick solution with fairly low fee solution to cashing cheques. But today I got zero sympathy compassion or understanding from the seemingly robotic staff because I was a victim of a crime and because I guess I accidentally misused one of the features on their app which was not obviously a posted limitation of the service and I cannot find the rule in their terms of service. I guess they really don't care about victims of financial crime or people who can be easily taken advantage of because of mental disabilities at this location. The workers refused to call their head office and for some reason me trying to call their head office has just put me on hold till eventually it hung up on me

I really like this Money Market. Very polite staff, especially like Evelyn. Service is fast, there are no queues like in other branches.I recommend this branch. Good location.

Such wonderful services. I recently suffered a heart attack. I had the loan insurance protection and the wonderful staff helped me through the whole process. I was able to get the insurance to help pay for my loan. Having this protection is well worth it as it does also cover loss of job, sickness and helps with your loan payments
