Amazing service from David. Came right away to help us fix a toilet issue and since he was not able to get the part working he changed the whole toilet. No headaches, fast and reliable!

Piper plumbing was excellent! There was a mix up in dates but they still got a plumber out to my place the same day to make my repairs. The plumber was very professional and completed his assessment and work quickly, cleanly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend their services.

They started out good, and came out quickly to take a look at a hot water tank replacement. When they gave their price, I declined as it was $400 more than what I could get it done for by another company. That's fine, they have every right to charge what they wish. There was a $67.00 truck fee" for the visit

Piper plumbing came to our house to video and auger our Sump Discharge line that had a blockage, and unfortunately they were unsuccessful. We were informed of this potential and even likelihood upfront. Following some miscommunication between my wife and I on what the total cost would be while Piper was onsite and we were approving additional work, I called David to discuss the amount of the bill a day later. He was very reasonable, looked it over and reduced it to a reasonable amount. Plumbing services aren't cheap but a good business owner knows what's reasonable for a company and for his customer. David found that happy medium for us through a pleasant conversation. Thank you!

If you want things done right the first time then you have no other option than to hire Piper Plumbing. Solid company with amazing customer service to boot. The owner (David) has gone out of his way a few times to make sure I had my issue solved at the time of need! I've been with Piper plumbing for years now and I wouldn't recommend any other company.

There aren’t too many things worse than running to a friends in the cold of winter to have a shower, and worrying your pipes are going to freeze/break since your bathroom taps won’t drain because of a venting issue. Thanks David, for rebuilding my venting/draining system in a timely fashion. I can now sleep at night and shower in the morning. Piper Plumbing are complete saviors, and I will highly recommend their honest, efficient, quality services.

Called Piper Plumbing for a plugged kitchen sink. Asked when I called if I could have an estimate but was told they would send someone right away and we would be given the estimate as soon as the plumber arrived and before we authorized any work. The plumber showed up very quickly as promised, but he charged us $450 to unclog the drain!! He was in and out of the house in less than 1 hour!! We had had the same problem 2 years earlier and had called a plumber from the yellow pages who did the same job for $125. There were no issues with the plumber's work or professionalism but the price we paid for the job was definitely unreasonable and there was no reason the price could not have been disclosed over the phone as when the plumber arrived he was able to tell us clearly that a clogged drain was automatically a level 2" job which comes with the standard "level 2" charge and then there was a $130 fee to remove the water from the sink and a $60 call out fee. If these are all standard fees as the plumber explained

NO NO NO!!!!ABSOLUTE DISASTER! PLEASE AVOID.Dave completed work without customer approval. He replaced items that didn't need to be replaced and I was told by him personally that he did it because he was doing the right thing" thanks Dave. But just stick to fixing the stuff that needs to be fixed and getting my permission before you fix anything!The $50 thermostat that you CHARGED ME $243 for is just complete B.S. BUT I GUESS ITS YOUR LEVEL 3 PRICING. I see. You're not ripping people off at all.I received two quotes from other reputable companies BOTH $1000 lower. After I questioned him why he completed the work without my approval and why he was substantially higher than the other companies her resorted to personal attacks and Insults with the threat of collection agencies.Once presented with the other quotes Dave lowered his price to match. Knowing he had. O leg to stand on because he had done the work without approval anyways. Dave gave no explanation to me to why he was lowering his price by $1000 except for "just cause"Never in my life have I seen such a complete lack of professionalism from any business. The personal attacks "man up and pay me" "stop sending me cheesy emails" was completely absurd. Sorry I questioned your pricing. Next time I will just let you rip me and others off by extreme amounts of money and just shut my mouth.This guy and his company are joke.DONT DO IT!!"
