The Owner showed me the stub, marked Regular Price $7,460.00. Come on, not even a Diamond on the Bracelet for that price ? that was a year ago.I still have the Stub. I was a fool to buy that Bracelet , but we can get fooled by B.S.I went to the store Monday Oct. 24, 2022 to sell it back to him. He offered me $550.00 saying it would be used for scrap. That means I lost $3,180.00 plus Tax on the amount I paid for it. I was not expecting to get what I paid for the Bracelet, but $550.00 please don't laugh at me , you took me ONCE , NEVER TWICE.What a RIP OFF, I will never deal with this Crooked place again, nor will many of my friends believe me.Stay away, they make there own prices, then offer peanuts if you want to sell the item back to them.We live and learn, when we are TAKEN, by a good TALKERBelow are two pictures of his famous hand made Bracelet , sorry they are not very clear. Very disappointing experience, I'll never go back to or recommend these thieves. I had purchased a necklace for my girlfriend for her birthday and asked the couple working for a chain that wouldn't break. As my girlfriend gently puts on the necklace the chain immediately breaks. The couple had marked down the price of the original chain so that when I went in with my girlfriend to exchange the chain for a more affordable one, the couple made me invest in the difference between the marked down original chain and the new chain, even though the new chain was actually less expensive. I paid the difference because I had no proof of the original price and just wanted my girlfriend to have her birthday present, but this will be the last time I visit these swindlers.

Went there today to size some bracelets and found their service top notch. I will definitely go back.

The worse place you could go! The couple are thieves!!! They are not trust worthy. They can NOT distinguished a gold piece. I brought a cerate 18 necklace since the lock was broken. First the wife said that It was not gold!!!!! second she was going to charge me $137, when I asked why and it is too expensive she was extremely rude and became very aggressive!! I went to a very well known jeweler and I paid ONLY $45!

B”H.I went there for a watch repair, and he didn’t fix the watch and he charged me for the fix, and as soon as I left the store the same issue happens again. Not a big fan and I won’t recommend to go for watch repairs, this wasn’t my first time with this bad experience.I hope this was useful

Don’t be fooled by his smile! My wife’s earrings that I brought in for repair was for scrap after he burnt the precious stones. I’m totally disappointed that he refused to take responsibility for what he did.
