Phone services are flawed - the selection menus are unresponsive, I was stuck on the language selection menu for a long time. Once I was connected with a representative he had loud noise in the background and neither of us could understand each other. I took 10 minutes trying to spell my name for him to call me back with hopes of a better connection. Didn't get a call back.

This is not the number for Xerox Canada , this is for the states.

I would put zero stars on this but it will not allow me. I tried to call the customer support line to get help navigating with whether a colour printer can be overridden to only print black and white as the toner cartridges are out of this world expensive. The technician helper took all my information down and then wanted $39 and change to answer my simple question. I have never heard of a co. that charges for help in regards to their own product. Utter nonsense and I will not be supporting any co. that feels this is a way to handle business today. Shame on you Xerox for this, and I will be looking for another printer that provides better support and more economical way of printing. Like Epson and their inkless cartridges.
