Circle K

The clerk told me that I had too much iced cream in my froster. He said in a condescending voice 'ice cream must be 20/25% maximum of cup'. You've got to be kidding me, I've never experienced this at any other circle K anywhere even if my whole cup was iced cream with a splash of Slurpee. I told him to charge me for 2 of them then but I will put as much iced cream as I want in them. Wouldn't have even brought it up in this review but this also happened to other friends of mine at this location.Before the whole Covid thing that cause all candy to be bagged up, they never had any selection of 5c candies, the bins sat empty and sad looking for months.Another time the clerk at the till was trying to upsell me and throw in hot dogs and was bartering the price, I thought eveything had a set price but apparently these guys can charge whatever they want at this location. Going as far as to tell me they gave me a deal another time on the items I purchased. Inflating the prices in conversation then reducing them back To what they actually cost is not giving me a deal.By far the worst circle k in the city, I specifically go out of my way to go to other ones to avoid it.

This location no longer permitting Polar Pop refills in non-Circle K beverage containers.

Terrible, rude, awful staff. Will never patronize this Circle K again, would gladly walk the extra 2 minutes to go to the nearby Seven 11. I've had several terrible experiences with staff here yet a recent one broke the camels back.The girl working the till refused to get off her phone while ringing me through. Immediately hit debit without asking how I want to pay, and didn't ask if I wanted a bag. Since I've dealt with this clerk before I know that she never asks if you want a bag and will force you to do another $0.05 transaction if you ask for one later. Wanting to avoid a useless second transaction I asked for a bag, she rolls her eyes, lets out a huge sigh, and adds a bag to the itemized list. She then, without asking immediately hits debit before I can mention I'm paying in cash. When I do, again she rolls her eyes, sighs, and takes my money. After it's all said and done she shoves forward and turns her back while continuing her phone conversation.Never mind the fact that employees are frequently nowhere to be found, and it's not uncommon to spend 2-3 minutes waiting for someone at the till.This is not the first time I've had a bad experience here, but it will be the last.

Horrible place. Customer service does not exist. Gave them one last chance last night and they failed. I was there just after 1030pm. The person working the counter was too busy texting to even speak to the customers while ringing in their purchases with one hand. Lady in front of me asked for a bag, and the lady working just pushed everything towards her without looking away from her phone. I will drive the extra blocks to the 711 from now on.

Tried buying baked goods with a deal advertised. Got laughed at by clerk. Not impressed after asking about the photo advertising showing specific baked goods. Got laughed at again and told NO. Rude.

Tried to go buy something around 10 and they were out for 10min

The staff was so kind and helpful. My phone was dead and I was not able to book a ride to get to home. I have never been to this area before. Everything was so new to me.They were really kind to book me a ride. Thanks guys...appreciate it.

It is unfortunate that not everyone cares to have a good work ethic. I went in to get a coffee. I like french vanilla creamer. There was a full bag of it in the creamer machine but the door was open and the bag was jammed so rather than re follow the loading instructions the employee just told me it was out of order. Just pure laziness. Both employees are standing at the counter doing nothing. I planned to buy a few snacks as well but went in there for the great coffee. Left disappointed. I have noticed that most of the circle ks in the city cannot figure out the coffee. Its either highly watered down or out of order. Ill take my business elsewhere thanks. This company does not care.

Circle K708 Central Avenue Saskatoon SKVery rude staff, never feel responding to the question or pay attention. I asked for the washroom key, she said the key is lost since yesterday. I asked will you manage of you had to use washroom she said she never use washroom in her entire 8 hours shift.1.30pm December 12, 2022

Walked to Circle K and got to the doors at 2:45am. Wanted an energy drink. Sign on the door says be back in 5, no biggie, I will wait. Stood outside for 40 minutes and nobody had come back to the front to unlock door and actually work. Why bother with a sign on the door if the employee is gonna that sign to get an hours break.7-11 is down the street dont give this place your business.
