Upsold me on a full transmission flush without letting me know that there potentially be negative ramifications to this process on high mileage vehicles which is what mine is. (if they don't know these ramifications they of all people should). Still not sure why you would do a full flush and NOT replace the transmission filter (would have been more time and money to drop the pan but didn't let me know that). Also upsold me on a brake line flush" because of water in my fluid

Went in and had tires swapped, drove away and stopped at a store 2 blocks away and realized when I got out of the car that the bolt covers (8) were missing. I drove back to the store and they tried to tell me the covers had been gone a long time because there was “rust”. I told them I’d had the car 6 mths and everything was there when I left the car, they told me I was wrong a number of times and took no responsibility for the missing parts whatsoever. The “service manager” was yelling at me telling me I was lying which made me then raise my voice back to her. They also tried telling me that two of my tires were warm and I might get one more summer out of them. The tires were brand new when I bought the car 6 mths ago and barely go anywhere trying to get me to buy new tires.I have called head office who put in touch with the territory mgr who told me it’s the only store he doesn’t deal with and said he’ll pass my number along to someone else so nothing but runarounds from every corner

Experience here was amazing. The staff is friendly, helpful and very accomadating. They were able to fit me in twice on short notice and delivered good timely service and suggestions. They come highly recommended from me.

Live 1 hour out of town. Had an appointment for tires and service. They failed to call me and let me know that the tires weren't there and that they would not be able to complete the job. Poor service with no consideration of others time. Will never return to any OK Tire after this experience.
