The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the employees have always been wonderful. But there have been too many times I've bought food that has been expired. I bought the pizza making kit only to find out the dough inside is expired. Yesterday I bought the pumpernickel bread with spinach dip. The spinach dip is well passed the best before date. I took a bite before I noticed and it was beyond aweful

High-end supermarket with tons of extras including Noodle Bar, gift shop, huge cheese bar and so much much more. May seem slightly on the pricier side but you get higher quality produce.

Visited this location for the first time today (1/14/13). It's a lovely and well organized store. It has a great selection of items and I honestly would like to shop here again.So here is my dilemma.The store manager pointedly followed me around the store while I was shopping.It was so that was disappointing. I left without getting everything I needed because I wasted mental energy debating whether I should confront him about his behaviour or just enjoy the experience of being in the store.It's hard, because I know I didn't do anything wrong. Thankfully I can afford to shop here, but I shouldn't be made to feel like I have to prove my right to be in these spaces.Racism is exhausting. Other than being just awful. It's such a draining time-waster.Genuinely, I don't know if I'll visit again.

Very good place to shop. They really take care of the customers. Super heavy snowfall, but the parking lot was clear, and they had people shoveling the sidewalks to make it safe and sound

I purchased my groceris at Fortinos and the service was 10/10 I was having trouble finding my items but a boy named Lucas helped me out tremendously and I was able to get my errands done quicker than usual. Due to his help I was able to get through the traffic before it started I am very thankful to Fortinos for having such a good employee I hope there is more like Lucas. Thanks again I will return soon

I like coming to this grocery store when I want something quick to eat. I like their soups, sandwiches are ok, and they have many options for hot plates. Usually most of their food is good.People that work there are usually very nice and helpful.Store is clean and tidy. They have a great variety of fresh produce and other foods.

Good store but some items like packaged bread are about 20% more expensive than other stores. Some of the produce is fresher than most stores. Their bakery is good and also the juice station and sandwich order are fan

My new favourite grocery store. I love everything from the underground parking and the shopping cart escalator to the bakery’s and in-house restaurants.It’s always so clean, organized and well stocked.

It's hard to rate this place 2 stars because it's clean, the food is fresh but I had a bad personal experience at this location.I went in slightly past 8:00pm, maybe it was 8:05pm, I walked up thr the most counter and asked the lady for some turkey meatballs. WE'RE CLOSED!" Is the reply I got. No courtesy whatsoever

This store has many choices of hot foods, baked goods, salad bar, with a sit down area, which is very clean. They have organic and high end brands. Washrooms are clean, only negative, a few attendants are snubs, or just having a bad day. But I’m not complaining, I always come out happy because I found what I needed to get.
