We have undergone a large renovation that is now in the 10th month and near the end. We have had many contractors working on our home and, without a doubt, Igne Ferro Fireplace Studio ranks in first place. Igne Ferro is NOT a place you would want to buy your fireplace. For those of you looking to install a unit in your home, please read our story before considering this place AND look elsewhere. This place may have the unit you want, but it's the customer service that makes the experience so terrible. The prices here are comparable to most fireplace store so my advice is to go elsewhere.My fiance and I have are redoing our home and we have worked and spoke to tons of vendors. However, this one by far was the worst experience we’ve ever had. I can't even say it was only one thing, it was the whole experience.After our first and second visit to the store, they were fully aware of the issue with our fireplace (and how the chimney was closed off by the previous owner). We put a deposit down for the unit we wanted and arranged for the first home inspection. Everything seemed fine until the first home inspection. After the inspection was done, we did NOT hear from them for more than week. My fiance had to call them every single day to follow up and see what the outcome was. Every time he called he would receive a response Oh Stephen will call you back"

They came and fixed our fireplace and it works great now.Thank you Julian

I recently got a new fireplace from Igne Ferro and I am very pleased with the way it lights up my living room. They also cut and installed my kitchen countertops made out of caesarstone, which look amazing. I dealt with David Kim and Guy Glazberg and found that they were very helpful and very knowledgeable about their craft. I would highly recommend anyone who wants a new fireplace to visit their studio. Sincerely a very happy patron.

I wanted to get a fireplace installed in my house and I contacted the Igne Ferro team. Their team was proactive in replying to me and in getting my measurements done. I wanted a gas fireplace but they recommended an electric fireplace would suit my house much better. Their decision proved to be excellent because I saved on a lot of redoing by fitting in an electric fireplace. Thank you so much.

Igne Ferro designed and built an absolute piece of art in my living room. Julian was a pleasure to deal with as were all of the trades that came to my house. I was looking for a contemporary design and I am thrilled with the results. The finished product is not only stunning but original and blends perfectly with the other features of the house. I was remodeling my studio and needed fireplaces and fireplace accessories. Not only did Igne Ferro offer amazing design help and customer service, but they also recommended a great BBQ as well, so I'll be back! It was a pleasure doing business with Igne Ferro. Every employee I spoke to was helpful and friendly. I've never written a review for a store before, but I was so impressed with their service, that I figured that I should share with everyone else how great my experience was. Igne Ferro are probably the best fireplace design / install / build team in North America. Stunning, professional, every detail accounted for. We tried to do the fireplace ourselves (due to price) and ended up coming back to Igne Ferro and their amazing team. We would have saved money had we started with them. They are not cheap but, you get what you pay for. We are absolutely thrilled with the work - it is perfect. Highly recommend them.

Extremely unprofessional company which keeps failing on its commitments. They will not give you a specific deadline for installation, will just keep saying “our technicians will be on site next week for installation”, but next week never comes due to all sorts of reasons. Be careful when purchasing from them and DONOT pay in full in advance because you will have no leverage and they will just keep taking you on a ride.Update 15 October 2020:The owner of the company Louise Borins has specifically DENIED to service the fireplaces at our residence bought from them, UNLESS I DELETE THE ORIGINAL REVIEW. His team does not pick up or return calls for service requests either. With winter setting in, they are blackmailing customers like this and leaving us without a functioning fireplace. If you want a 5-star review then prove it with your service! Not by blackmailing us to delete first then provide the service later. Hard to believe manufacturers trust a company like this to sell their branded products. Totally unprofessional and unethical, I guess this mentality comes from the top down.
