I've been a customer of Lordco for years, and while their prices are reasonable for locally sourced parts, the customer experience is terrible more often than not. The Ladysmith store seems to be worse than the others; complete disinterest in the customer. I have been there twice in the last month, and both times left without making a purchase due to terrible service. I will do what I can to avoid this location in the future, and when possible I will go to Canadian Tire or I will order my parts online.

Just bought a brakeline off them and they sold me the wrong piece even though I brought in the old piece and they said yeah we will order it and I bought it and brought it home and it was way to big. Will never shop there again. Everyone there is very unprofessional

Appears you should follow thru on your customer commitment and hire and pay your staff according to their skill level And happy people will sell more parts get the right part is important as well ! I personally have not had much of an issue other than some Outrageous pricing from time to time which usually gets resolved with a phone call! But I have however noticed the lack of concern as well!

Helpful staff, quick service. They can bring in parts from other locations with a day's notice, sometimes same day if you're there in the morning or call ahead. There's a little bin with discount tools, they sell oe parts for most makes and models, and are very knowledgeable about vehicle parts.

I was having a week... Mother to a four-year old and with 10,000 things always on my to-do list, I just couldn't get to dealing with my burnt-out headlight (it should also be noted that I am the opposite of mechanically inclined). One afternoon, I pulled into Lordco on a whim and met David behind the counter. He helped troubleshoot the problem, found the part I needed and even oversaw the installation. Thanks so much David for your assistance that day; you don't know how much it was appreciated!

Very nice location, well organized business, and being a chain business the prices are usually pretty fair in my opinion. The photo for this Ladysmith location is incorrect though as they are showing the KFC that is in the Ladysmith Plaza below.
