I would and I do recommend them, I've had nothing but great experience's with them.Our system went down and they went out of there way to have someone come right away to help get it back running.

I really appreciate cea-air. Few years back my screw air compressor stopped working. Big brand who sold me the unit also provided service. Problem was when I called them at 9 am in the morning the entire service department was having a meeting.I googled like a madman desperate to keep my production going. A number of our machines run on air. cea-air answered the phone and sent a Chris my way who took off his glasses, dawned a cape and saved the day. Big brand had bypassed by air dryer and my air tank was full of water.Loyalty is won by solving a problem someone is having in a timely manner. Chris and cea-air saved us downtime which is $1000’s of dollars all while big brand had a meeting about how to be provide quality customer service. It is very simple and very hard. Solve my problem in a short amount of time.I ask for Chris by name now. I like him. He is approachable, explains things for me and does a good job with a smile. Friendly and knowledgeable go a long way. A lot of businesses don’t let you make such requests because they fail to understand the human side of business. Chris I trust and unless it is an emergency where your best available will do I want Chris. Not once has cea-air made this difficult and for that I thank them. It isn’t to say the other air compressor mechanics are not good at their jobs. I have used there other techs over the years at cea. Knowledge and quality is there across the board.I run an ice manufacturing company, I highly recommend cea-air. Good at their job and good people. If you use an air compressor they are who you call for service.

I needed an air regulator, filter, and fittings. They were in my area, so went to CEA Air out of convenience. Although I’ve never visited before, I was helped like a long time, regular customer…even the company owner assisted. I left with the right equipment in hand, and I paid a reasonable price. Would recommend this company to anyone with compressed air system needs.
