Excellent service as the shuttle did just what was advertised. Took the earliest bus to Moraine Lake for that amazing sunrise. The shuttle left promptly at right around 4AM just after the last people arrived and boarded the bus. We arrived at Moraine Lake just before 430AM.Getting back was easy. If you miss your return time or if you wish to return earlier, the driver can take you back at that different time if there's any room on the shuttle. I had no issues coming back at a different time than what my ticket showed.

Very good company. We booked tickets the night before and it saved us. Everything else was sold out! Organisation was very good, staff was friendly, and we were able to see the most beautiful lakes I have seen in my life.100% recommend! It allows you to go see the lakes by bus without having to go through the hassle of taking the public bus in Banff or a very large one with long waiting lines.

The bus arrived on time, driver/tour guide is friendly and professional. We are given enough information and time to watch sunrise and sightseeing. The experience is pleasant.

This new tour company runs a tight machine as if in business for many years. Both our drivers going to and from were punctual on arrival and departure times. They were knowledgeable about the area and able to point out things of interest. I highly recommend this tour company.

The change to shuttles from being able to drive on own is an adjustment for planning for sure. BUT I actually like the system better. It actually gives you predictability of instead of wondering if you'll be able to find a spot! Having a scheduled shuttle allows you to guarantee access to the lake + it's a long road so it's nice not to have to worry about the drive. If you're going for a hike just plan ahead for timing on the return shuttle. If you're going to just site the lake, pack a lunch and make it a quick visit. The lake is worth the $$ to shuttle in! Mid day you'll get the crowds but the lake is the brightest blue when the sun is the highest. Early shuttles and late shuttles you'll have less crowds and a darker blue lake, all beautiful! (Photos for comparison of colours). Shuttle drivers were kind and knowledgeable as well. Easy day!!

We had really fun on this trip… our driver CARLO was really good guy..and had knowledge and he explained everything on the way to moraine lake tour..highly recommend! Worth it experience..

Moraine lake bus company was amazing! It was on time, friendly driver, and a good amount of seats where you don’t feel too crowded or too little. For our group, it was really easy to find the bus after parking but some customers did say that since there is no sign; it could be harder to find for them. We were lucky because we follow the direction carefully from the website and park exactly right where the bus stops. Our driver Mitch was super friendly and flexible. We initially had a later return bus but we wanted to go back early and they let us get on an earlier bus. I was also surprised to find out that they were only operating for 14 days so far as it was well organized! Super grateful to have this easy access to reach moraine lake!!! :) highly recommend!
