I got a permanent bracelet done and was extremely disappointed. The appointment itself was great. We finished very fast and everything went well. The morning of the second day of wear, I noticed it was missing. This boutique's policy is if it comes off at the weld they will happily weld it back free of charge. My issue is the bracelet came off when I did not notice and was no where to be found.I reached out via Instagram to see if anything could be done. After two days of normal wear, the product should not be coming off. I explained the situation and asked if anything could be done. The response I received is that I may have caught it on something and that I didn't realize." I instantly felt a shift of blame towards me which does not make me feel great as a first time customer wanting to resolve the issue. My question was also not responded to in regards to having anything done to resolve the issue. So I replied back asking if anything could be done. The response received was the shop's policy mentioned earlier

Melissa is amazing! Her studio is immaculate, she gave me the perfect natural but defined looking brow. Her technique is pain free and her aftercare instructions healed my brows beautifully. She is fair and honest in her pricing and retouching policy. I recommend her to anybody who asks about my brows!
