I had a very great experience learning and completing my graduation for massage therapy at National institute . Instructors are very knowledgeable and administrative team is great too . They are very accommodative of your needs . I was recommended by one of the student who graduated from this institute and is an RMT now , so I will also highly recommend National institute if you are looking for becoming an RMT .Thanks a lot to the whole team at National institute for helping me .

Individual approach, accommodating in terms of scheduling lessons, kind teachers and staff. Over all joyful experience, I did get from the course what I expected. Would recommend.

Today, I went to get my hair colour, cut and style i am very happy with the outcome. The instructor is very much involve, helps the students. very professional, they took their time to do the job well done. very friendly atmosphere. I will definitely use their services again. Very reasonable price for great service. Thank you!

I wish I could give them 0 star. Worst management. They didn’t even know who is using their official phone number, they are changing their statements in minutes. The statement given by generalmanager Pankaj is totally opposite to the statement which is given by the person from their official phone number. Unprofessionalism is on peak.Anyone who is planning to join as employee just go and check reviews of employees on indeed. You will come to know about reality.

i was looking forward to join this school a few months ago and even paid $2000 to enroll. i soon noticed how unprofessional they are and decided to join another school but when i asked for my money back they ended up keeping $200 before giving back the rest. took them a while to give back my money as well. they said they’d send it back within a few days but kept stalling as their “director” wasn’t there because “her mother was in the hospital” and i ended up getting it back a week later after continuously asking for it. i also noticed their attitude and tone change as soon as i said i won’t be joining the school anymore. they were super nice in the beginning but soon became rude when i decided to leave. not worth it.

I did my hairstyling diploma here and the teacher was amazing. Everyone at the institute was very helpful and respectful. I enjoyed every class as it was fun and very knowledgeable. I got to learn a lot and I’m so happy I was a student here.

Highly recommend National institute for Massage Therapy program. Well educated professionals and staff helped me to achieve my goal in health care. I work confidently and better serve to community being RMT. Thank you National institute being part of my educational journey.

I was a student here and I took the massage therapy program. Teachers were super nice and considerate of your needs in class. My favourite profs were Inder and Jesse. Also Virva the lady at the reception desk was super nice in helping me send my transcript for post graduation. I had a great experience here and I made good friends and memories thank you National Institute.

Most of the reviews I’ve gone through here are based on either one time experience or experience as service receiver. My review would be a lot different as I am neither an enquirer nor a student, although I have enjoyed their Hairstyling as well as Massage Therapy services couple of times (and I kind of liked the both). I’ve been associated with National Institute for last four months, and in last four months I understood that they run the business with Heart.The education is what counts and the teaching staff here is very dedicated to helping students. The management is exceptional! Treat everyone fairly and highly involved with helping everyone irrespective of their employees or Students. Lots of great changes made in the last couple of months. New campus director knows what she is doing and moving campus in the right direction.In short, it’s an Ethical Business with:- Great environment.- Great People - students, coworkers, and management.- Staff that cares about students.Moreover, it’s a good place to get trained for various programs.My advice to Management.....Keep up the good work!, and please do not try to make everyone happy.
